A highly pragmatic programme, combining theory with practical skills, this workshop aims to show internal consultants how to add much greater value when partnering with the business. Using the consultancy cycle as the framework for the course, participants are guided through the key behavioural aspects of each consultancy phase and provided with tools for use at key stages of their consulting relationship. Participants have the opportunity to consolidate their consultancy skills by managing two client meetings with real business managers on day 2.
